MASTER EN-SUITE AND WALK-IN WARDROBE
This project involved a council process to carry this work out. I organised and had plans drawn by draftsman, that helped us gain approval under the 20 day standard turn around time by a week. And what's more even managed to have a refund processed by the council, which is unheard of. Completed work within 3 weeks, during this very busy time within the industry. Bathroom is looking absolutely stunning, incorporating simple colours and design, that highlights overall space and adds a lot of value to the house by having extra bathroom, and walk-in wardrobe. Happy client.
This family really love to cook, even little boys are miniature chefs who can whip up a cake or seafood laksa. I was under a bit of pressure to make sure my team and I deliver lots of storage, creating extra bench space and design something modern and light.
Upgrading the house to mains pressure, and installing GAS infinity has helped create this fabulous kitchen. The family now enjoy cooking on gas hobs, and don’t need to worry about running the kitchen tap while another person is in the shower. We took couple of non-load bearing walls to open up the kitchen. Installed USB power point ports which boys absolutely love and can play on their iPads while brekkie is cooking.

This house was unlivable at the time of purchase, it had no bathroom facilities, kitchen was dated, most of the walls had holes from the squatters, but it was a solid 2 bedroom ex-estate home which needed a bit of TLC, with traditional kiwi indoor & outdoor flow added.
Took this house through extensive renovation plan, adding a third decent size bedroom, re-locating a kitchen, building wrap around decks which has created the indoor & outdoor flow all year round and updated the bathroom and installed a carport, bringing this home to life.
This project involved a lot of compliance, working closely with Council. We converted a garage into a practical 2-bedroom unit, installing bathroom and kitchen. It’s a great example where the home owner was able to add value to their existing property by changing the current floor plan and use of space, which is now generating healthy income for the family.
This beautiful historical villa, that was neglected by previous owners for number of years and was almost unrecognizable, with number of interesting alterations made, was just singing out for a make over. It was another big project, taking this beautiful home to it’s original glory and floor plan, restoring it’s features and creating multiple spaces. Converting this home from 3 bedroom to 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with separate living and outdoor entertainment areas, decking, veranda, fencing and additional parking. It was fully re-wired, bathroom and kitchen upgraded, old spa room converted into a comfortable large loft size bedroom.
BATHROOM MAKE OVER
This home had good bone structure, bathroom with retro fittings and large vanity but no bath for the family. When wall paper was stripped the toilet became this bright blue neon color and was screaming out for a quick and easy make over. The house luckily already was connected to gas mains, so it was fairly simple to upgrade current hot water cylinder with space saving option of GAS Infinity and re-design the floor plan to incorporate a free standing bath. Bathroom was tiled all the way to the ceiling, installing number of fittings and effective lights to give it a wow factor and relaxing but functional space for everyone to use.
